Our Gym facilities

 

 

The core of MedStrength is the MedX progressive resistance  machines area, where the focus is on safe, scientific  strengthening of the musculoskeletal system for the  general population, both with and without medical  conditions.

Alongside our strengthening area, we have divided the  MedStrength facility into different zones. These zones  include Cardio, Agility and Co-ordination, Core/Rehab and  Stretching/ Flexibility.

 

 

 

In each of these areas we have specialised equipment specific to the zone and there is an exercise card to record your progress. Your programme will be designed so that it flows step-by-step through the zones, working on Strength (Functional Capacity), Agility (Function), Core (Stability), Flexibility (Range of Movement) in order to increase your health, vitality and quality of life.
