MedStrength currently has 15 MedX variable-resistance machines in the training facility which allow effective strengthening of the whole body.

Biomechanical precision and low friction makes MedX machines state-of-the-art. All machines can be adjusted to the varying sizes and needs of each individual. Each machine operates at a very low level of friction and offers a choice of resistance in 2lb increments, ensuring a weight that is not too heavy or too light for rapid steady progress.
